Commission by Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff to contribute to their series 'Arguments For The City'. January 25th is the Welsh St. Valentines day with it's own patron Saint St. Dwynwen. I walked throughout the centre of the city talking to people in Welsh.

International St Valentines day 14th Feb.was a great success. The weather was sunny, which made a great difference. As before I made a walkabout akshun giving out badges, reflecting and contemplating on the nature of love. There were many wonderful meetings, greetings, encounters and exchanges; smiling and mingling with a loved-up public.
